As #BlackFriday continues to trend on twitter and conversation about deals gathers pace we thought it would be a great day to share some of the great deals, offers and promotions that will be happening on Disabled Access Day (12th March 2016)!

Get down with science on Disabled Access Day and visit the hands-on science centre in the heart of Newcastle. The castle stands proudly on the beautiful Northumberland coastline which overlooks the Farne Islands and Lindisfarne and is sure to make a great day out. Plus you can explore the iconic building before anyone else as people taking part in the day will get exclusive access to the state rooms between 10am and 11am.

Following some fantastic feedback from people who were involved in Disabled Access Day last year we’re very happy that Caffè Nero stores across the UK will once again be taking part in the day.

Selected stores will be offering people taking part in the day a complimentary coffee – a great place to stop off and refuel in-between visiting lots of other fantastic venues on the day! You’ll need to make sure you signed up to our mailing list to be able to claim the offer.

 National Theatre Blog

National Theatre, London

The award winning show ‘The Solid Life of Sugar Water’ will be on at the National Theatre on Disabled Access Day. The show won Euan’s Guide Fringe Award for ‘Accessible Show’ in August and has received rave reviews. On 12th March 2016 the National Theatre will be running a special ticket offer for people taking part in Disabled Access Day, make sure you keep your eye out in the New Year for more details!
