Take part in the Access Survey

Join hundreds of other people across the UK by sharing your views on disabled access in the 2019 Access Survey run by Euan’s Guide and Disabled Access Day.

The survey is open to disabled people, their family and friends as well as individuals who work closely with disabled people such as carers or healthcare professionals.

Now in its sixth year, the survey is an important resource for showing changes over time and highlighting the areas where improvements still need to be made.

Questions include how confident you are in visiting new places, what action you take if a venue has not shared its disabled access information, and what you do after visiting somewhere with good disabled access. This year we’ve also included some questions around accessible toilets and given you the chance to nominate a venue you think deserves to be named the Euan’s Guide Venue of the Year.

As a thank you for sharing your views with us, we’re also giving four lucky respondents a £25 Amazon voucher to spend! Winners will be contacted by email after the survey closes.

We've also created a Word version of the survey. You can edit the word version to reflect your responses and send us the completed file by email or post.
